When can I bring in items?

You may bring in items anytime during regular business hours. There are potential days we may not be buying due to the quantity of drop-offs offs so feel free to contact us before dropping off via text, email, call, or social media message. Please no more than 30 items to ensure a quick turnaround for the offer. We require all items to be in a reusable tote or bag laid flat. If items are laid flat, buttons buttoned, zippers zipped it helps us get through your items quicker.

What will you pay for my items?

Tiny Tides will contact you with an offer once your items have been processed. We pay upfront, no consigning. We try to sell our items for 50% of the retail price. You will receive 1/2 our store price for your item when choosing store credit. You will receive 1/3 of our sales price if choosing cash back. We are unable to offer split payments of half store credit, and half cash.

What items do you accept / not accept?

We are selective of items selected due to space. We are more likely to take higher-end items and larger-size items. We try to accept items within the last 3 years and current styles. Store Brand items (Cat & Jack, Carters, etc) are generally not taken unless in excellent used condition or new with tags/new without tags. We will not accept any clothing with writing on labels, holes, stains, excessive pilling, or wear.

Children’s shoes infant to size 5 youth

Toys- must include all pieces. We are more likely to take wooden toys, montessori style toys, infant toys. We take loveys, and some higher end plush like Jellycat.

Accessories: bibs (higher end/like new), bows/headbands, socks or tights new with tags, shoes cleaned and in good condition, new sealed baby items (pacifiers, bottles, breast milk bags, etc).

Baby gear: strollers, high chairs, snuggle me, sit me up chairs, tummy time mats., jumperoos, activity saucers and more. For larger baby items (please email, text, call, or send a social media message to see if we can take it due to space limitations) We will not accept any recalled items. Large gear MUST be clean free of debris, spit up, pet hair, etc.

We are unable to accept-

Formula, baby food, maternity clothing, used bottles/breast pumps/pacifiers, opened diapers, car seats, cribs, single bodysuits, underwear not new in package, used socks. We rarely purchase garanimals / some other store-brand items. If you are unsure if we will accept please contact us!

How long does it take to process my items?

Our goal for processing items is 1-3 days. We will do our best to fulfill the quote we give you. We will post updates to our social media to let you know if timelines change.

What items are you currently buying?

We try to buy in-season items if possible, you can always contact us to see if we are taking that particular season or item before bringing it in.
